Welcome to our little slice of heaven!  Silver Run is the place we call home… the place where generations have worked, played, rocked on porches, and created a legacy. Bradley was part of the 6th generation of his family to grow up here in the Silver Run community of southwest Stone County, Mississippi.  Rebecca joined him 30 years ago, and together they raised a 7th generation.  After venturing into specialty coffees a decade ago, Bradley wanted to try his hand roasting our own like he remembered his grandfathers doing.  Encouraged by family and friends, we launched Silver Run Coffee Crafters in July 2024. From our home, we search out specialty blends and single origin beans to roast and share with you.

At Silver Run Coffee Crafters we roast coffee for coffee lovers, striving to bring out the inherent flavors of each unique bean.  We believe coffee is best enjoyed black so that you can discover those natural flavors. We strive to bring you a consistently smooth and flavorful cup with no bitterness. Coffee has the power to make our days more enjoyable and connect us with others through a shared delight.  It is our sincerest hope that our coffee will become a sweet part of your everyday ritual, as well as the celebrations and memories made in your home.

Hi! I live here in Silver Run and was wondering if you have a local shop. I would love to support a local business.

  3. Thanks for reaching out Stephanie. We don’t have a ‘store’, but you are welcome to come by our roastery any time we are there! Contact us to coordinate a visit. You can also buy our coffee at these locations in Stone County: McDaniel’s, Old South Feed Company, Quality Bakery, and the Pecan House. Hope to meet you soon!

I love Zero Dark Thirty. Best coffee and I have tried so many. This is the one. I can’t wait to get chores done in the morning then come in, relax and enjoy the coffee.

I saw you on Danny and Wanda’s show and enjoyed the tour of your coffee house. It was bitter sweet for me. My adult son roasted coffee as a hobby, he started out with a rigged up popcorn popper and worked his way up to a home made roaster a lot like yours, but with things we had laying around.) He took an old gas grill had a metal worker make him a perforated stainless steel drum about the size you have. The rotisery motor ran the drum. he roasted it basically like you did. used a laser thermometor and would listen for that distinctive “first crack”, that sound was so familar. then he cooled his with a round wooden sifter and a window fan under it to pull the heat out and it did just like yours did in minutes. He already had the concrete blocks bought for the fondation for a little shed like yours and had his company call Kaskaskia Valley Coffe, had his sacks printed and was starting to sell it to family and friends . He was ready to start out a small business. We had samples all the different coffees and he had found his supplier from a Co-op in South America. Unfortionly he passed away suddenly with heart issues before he completed his dream. I miss the coffee. I could smell the distinctive smell of it roasting when I watched video. So I have to try it. Sumatra was our favorite and I need decaf so I ordered some in memory of my son, his name was Danny.lol Thank you so much hope it tastes as good as I remember. I will let you know.
